I am a writer, a painter, a jewelry maker, and a lover of music and literature. Born in Akron, Ohio, I received a degree in English from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

After teaching English, psychology, and leadership at a small college near Atlanta, Georgia, I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I  received an MA in Eastern Classics from St. John’s College and certification in hypnotherapy from the Academy of Alternative Therapy.

At this point, I am following my bliss--wherever it takes me. After following a gypsy path from the east coast to the west coast and back again, I have returned to my roots and am living in Akron, Ohio.
